You're ready to move on when
- You've consistently hit 100%+ of your individual digital sales targets for at least 2 years.
- You're the rep others come to for advice on their email copy or LinkedIn strategy.
- You've taken the initiative to analyse your own performance data and propose improvements.
- You've actively participated in or led small internal projects to improve sales processes or content.

From Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead/Manager
4-6 years in SDR roles, including 1-2 years as a lead or managerSkills to master
- Strong pipeline generation skills, experience coaching and motivating SDRs, designing and optimising outbound sequences, reporting on team performance, and understanding lead qualification criteria.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully managed or led a team of SDRs to consistently hit their pipeline targets.
- You've designed and implemented new outbound strategies that led to measurable improvements in meeting booked rates.
- You're comfortable presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
- You've actively collaborated with Marketing to improve lead quality and content for outbound efforts.

From Sales Operations Analyst/Specialist
4-7 years in Sales Operations rolesSkills to master
- Deep understanding of CRM and SalesTech systems, data analysis and reporting, process optimisation, and experience supporting sales teams directly. You'll need to develop a stronger 'sales strategy' muscle.
You're ready to move on when
- You've built and maintained critical sales dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
- You've successfully implemented or optimised key sales tools (CRM, SEP).
- You have a strong track record of identifying inefficiencies in sales processes and proposing data-backed solutions.
- You've actively sought to understand the strategic 'why' behind the sales data you're working with.
