Any UK VAT that applies is already included in the price you see, and payment is handled securely by Stripe, so your card details never touch a Zavmo page.

You take that evidence to the awarding body or provider when you are ready to be assessed.

You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, your billing stops and you are not charged again. There is no lock-in. Our refunds and cancellation page covers your 14-day cooling-off right too.

Because you buy online, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to change your mind and cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. If you choose to start straight away at checkout, you give up that 14-day refund for the part you have used. Separately, if something is wrong with what you bought, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still covers you.

No made-up answers. Zavmo is built on real qualifications and standards and checks what it teaches against them, so what you learn is accurate and you can trust it. Where something is a suggested match rather than an official one, we say so.
