Refunds
Refunds & cancellation
The short version: you have 14 days to change your mind, unless you choose to start straight away, which you can do at checkout. Either way, if something's wrong with what you bought, you're covered.

Your 14-day right
Because you buy online, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to change your mind and cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you start straight away
Zavmo is something you can begin using immediately. At checkout you can choose to start right away. When you do, you agree that once you've started, you give up the 14-day change-of-mind refund for the part you've used. If you haven't started, your full 14-day refund still stands. This is the only thing that changes your cooling-off right.
If something's wrong
Separate from changing your mind, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to a repeat, a reduction, or a refund if the service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill, or is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. This isn't limited to 14 days, and nothing here takes it away.
Cancelling your plan
The companion is £70 a month, billed monthly, and it renews each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops your next payment, so you're not charged after you cancel, and you keep access to the end of the month you've paid for. Outside the 14-day cooling-off window we don't refund part-used months unless the "if something's wrong" rights above apply.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email support@zavmo.ai with your account email, or use the cancel option in your account. Where a refund is due, we pay it within 14 days, to the same payment method you used. There's no fee to cancel within the cooling-off period.
