The full instrument, sixty-one questions in six named sections, built on Holland interest types, the Big Five, Schein career anchors and self-determination theory, then matched against real roles with the fit stated honestly. Each section says what it reads and what it cannot tell you before it asks anything.

The full Future Fluency assessment: 62 questions across the ten human fluencies that hold their value as the routine parts of work automate. Most of them ask what you actually did in the last month rather than how confident you feel, because that is the part of a self-report you can stand behind. You get your strongest areas, where you have the most room, and the depth your fluency work would start at. If an area is genuinely new to you it stops asking after three.
This is the long one, and it is meant to be. The tools above ask you for a minute or two and hand back a read. This asks what you have actually done, area by area, and the answer is worth something because of that. If a section is genuinely new to you it stops after three questions rather than making you sit through it, and your place is kept as you go.
