- Consistently achieved significant labour cost optimisation or efficiency gains (e.g., >£1M annually).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and gain buy-in from C-suite executives on strategic workforce decisions.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including managers.

5-7 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Deep operational P&L management, large-scale team leadership, process optimisation, and understanding the direct impact of workforce decisions on operational delivery.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a large operational unit (e.g., 500+ employees) with full P&L accountability.
- Implemented significant operational efficiency improvements that directly impacted labour costs.
- Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities in optimising staffing levels and resource allocation within operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large, diverse operational teams.

4-6 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Advanced people analytics, predictive modelling for talent, strategic HR programme design, and influencing HR strategy at an executive level.
You're ready to move on when
- Led the development and deployment of advanced predictive models for talent (e.g., attrition, skills gap).
- Successfully translated complex people data into actionable insights for the CPO and other HR leaders.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR data governance, ethics, and compliance.
