You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding activation and initial revenue targets for your assigned partners.
- Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills in routine partner interactions.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions for minor partner-related issues.
- Successfully onboarding and enabling new partners with minimal supervision.

Account Executive (AE) with Channel Experience
3-5 years in AE role + 1-2 years channel exposureSkills to master
- Direct sales experience, understanding the full sales cycle, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. The channel exposure needs to show you've worked *with* partners, not just against them.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting or exceeding individual sales quotas as an AE.
- Demonstrating a collaborative approach with partners on joint deals.
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and how solutions (including partner solutions) address them.
- Ability to articulate value propositions effectively to both customers and partners.

- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM administration, data analysis, and content creation for sales teams. The 'partner focus' means you've worked on partner reporting, enablement content, or PRM administration.

- Expertise in CRM/PRM systems and sales analytics.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales or partner enablement programmes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in partner performance data.
- Excellent project management skills, especially for cross-functional initiatives.
