- Consistently achieved regional H&S performance targets and improved culture.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and development of a H&S team.
- Proven ability to present complex H&S issues to divisional leadership and gain buy-in.

Head of H&S for a Large National/Global Organisation (outside Real Estate FM)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting your global H&S leadership experience from another complex industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics) to the unique challenges of real estate and facilities management. This means quickly understanding property-specific risks and regulatory landscapes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led a global H&S function in a different sector, demonstrating transferable strategic and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of H&S management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and global regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industry-specific risks and operational contexts.
- Strong network within the broader H&S community, showing a commitment to continuous learning.
