- Understanding the end-to-end supply chain, managing logistics, inventory control, and developing strong communication with both internal and external partners.

- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and delivery schedules effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills for logistics and supply issues.
- Good grasp of cost implications across the supply chain.

- Solid understanding of financial processes, budgeting, invoice reconciliation, and basic commercial negotiation. Moving beyond just numbers to understanding the goods/services behind them.

- Excellent attention to detail in financial transactions and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost discrepancies and resolve them.
- Good understanding of P&L impact of purchasing decisions.
- Comfortable challenging internal stakeholders on spend requests.
