- Consistently exceeds targets for process efficiency and data accuracy in their assigned area.
- Proactively identifies minor process improvements and proposes solutions to their manager.
- Is the go-to person for questions about a specific part of the returns lifecycle.
- Has started to build basic dashboards or reports in Tableau/Power BI.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Strong analytical skills across various operational domains, advanced Excel modelling, experience with data visualisation tools, ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
You're ready to move on when
- Has successfully led 2-3 significant analytical projects that resulted in measurable operational improvements.
- Can independently extract, clean, and analyse complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Is skilled at presenting data-driven insights to mid-level management.
- Has a solid understanding of operational KPIs and how to influence them.

Supply Chain Analyst
4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics), experience with inventory optimisation, demand forecasting, and network analysis.

- Has a proven ability to optimise inventory levels or improve forecast accuracy.
- Can model the financial impact of different supply chain scenarios.
- Has experience working with ERP/WMS systems at an advanced user level.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in the specific challenges of reverse logistics.
