- Positive feedback from Team Leads and colleagues.

Transfer from Retail/Hospitality
0-2 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting to warehouse pace, physical demands, structured processes, basic MHE interaction.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrating strong work ethic and ability to follow procedures.
- Quickly picking up warehouse-specific terminology and systems.
- Showing initiative in a new environment.
- Excellent teamwork and customer-focused attitude (transferred from previous roles).

General Labour/Manufacturing

- Precision in picking/packing, attention to detail, understanding of inventory control basics, WMS proficiency.
You're ready to move on when
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.
- Quick adaptation to new equipment and processes.
