- Independent execution of full return workflows, accurate product grading, initial resolution of non-standard cases, basic system navigation (Returns Platform, ERP/WMS).
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently high accuracy in processing standard and non-standard returns.
- Proactively identifies and flags issues without needing constant supervision.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of all core return policies and procedures.
- Has informally helped new team members with questions or basic training.

Warehouse / Inventory Specialist
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Strong inventory management principles, experience with WMS/ERP systems, understanding of stock movement and reconciliation, attention to detail in physical stock handling.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Experience in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Familiarity with various product types and their handling requirements.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to stock management.

Customer Service Representative (with Operations focus)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Advanced customer communication, complaint resolution, understanding of return policies from a customer perspective, basic knowledge of product lines and common issues.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent track record in resolving complex customer complaints related to returns.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and pain points in the return process.
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations.
- Proactive in identifying recurring customer issues and suggesting solutions to Operations.
