From Shipping & Receiving Specialist (L2)
2-3 years as an L2 SpecialistSkills to master
- Consistently high performance across all core tasks, proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently, strong informal leadership among peers, and a solid understanding of complex shipment types.
You're ready to move on when
- You're the person everyone asks for help when they get stuck.
- You've successfully handled several tricky international or HAZMAT shipments on your own.
- You've identified and helped resolve recurring WMS issues.
- You've shown initiative in suggesting improvements to daily processes.

From Team Leader in another Operations area (e.g., Picking, Putaway)
3-5 years as a Team LeaderSkills to master
- Strong people management and process improvement skills, a good general understanding of warehouse flow, and a willingness to quickly learn the specifics of shipping and receiving regulations and systems.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully managed a small team and met performance targets.
- You've implemented process improvements in your previous role.
- You've demonstrated a keen interest in the end-to-end logistics process.
- You're a quick learner and can pick up new technical systems rapidly.

From Senior Warehouse Operative (External)
5+ years in a similar senior-level role at another companySkills to master
- Direct, demonstrable experience in a similar scale of operations, with a strong emphasis on shipping, receiving, compliance, and informal team leadership. You'll need to quickly adapt to our specific WMS and internal processes.
You're ready to move on when
- You can articulate complex shipping/receiving scenarios you've managed.
- You've led training or mentorship programmes in previous roles.
- You have relevant certifications (e.g., HAZMAT) and MHE licences.
- You show a strong desire to learn our specific systems and culture.
