Receiving Dock-to-Stock Time
The average time it takes from a delivery arriving at the dock to the goods being scanned into their final storage location.

A lorry arrives at 9 AM, and you've got all its contents scanned and put away by 12:30 PM. That's 3.5 hours, which is great. Too long, and it ties up dock space and delays order fulfilment.

The number of individual items or 'lines' you process (pick, pack, receive) per hour, reflecting your efficiency.

Process Adherence & Problem Solving
