You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting 99.8%+ pick accuracy for 3 consecutive months.
- Meeting or exceeding UPH targets without compromising quality.
- Proactively asking for additional tasks when current work is complete.
- Receiving positive feedback from supervisors on attitude and teamwork.

Retail/Hospitality Background
3-9 months to become fully proficientSkills to master
- Translating customer service skills into internal operational excellence. Adapting to a more structured, process-driven environment. Quickly learning WMS and physical handling techniques.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail in handling products.
- Quickly adapting to the physical demands and pace of the warehouse.
- Showing initiative in learning new systems and processes.
- Consistently applying safety rules and working well in a team.

Manufacturing/Production Operative
2-6 months to become fully proficientSkills to master
- Adapting existing process adherence and quality control skills to a fulfillment context. Learning specific picking/packing methods and WMS functions.
You're ready to move on when
- Seamlessly transitioning from production line to warehouse operations.
- Applying a strong understanding of efficiency and quality to fulfillment tasks.
- Quickly becoming proficient with WMS scanner operations.
- Proactively identifying minor process improvements in their area.
