You're ready to move on when
- You're consistently exceeding expectations in your current Senior FP&A role.
- You're already informally advising business partners and proactively identifying issues.
- You've successfully led a small project or process improvement initiative end-to-end.
- Your manager and business partners trust your judgment and seek your input.

Commercial Finance Analyst (External Hire)
8-10 years in similar commercial finance roles elsewhereSkills to master
- Experience in a similar industry, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to challenge and influence non-finance stakeholders. You'll need to demonstrate you can hit the ground running with our specific systems and processes.
You're ready to move on when
- You've held a similar business partnering role in another company, ideally within a comparable industry.
- You can articulate specific examples of how your financial insights led to tangible business improvements.
- You're comfortable presenting to and challenging senior leaders.
- You've got a solid understanding of core FP&A processes and tools.
