- Experience managing smaller projects end-to-end, working directly with beneficiaries, understanding grant application processes, and developing basic impact reporting.
You're ready to move on when
- Has successfully managed at least 2-3 small-to-medium scale projects.
- Can articulate the challenges and successes of working with diverse community groups.
- Shows initiative in problem-solving and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrates a clear passion for social impact and community development.

Marketing/Communications Assistant (with CSR focus)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Developing strong communication skills, understanding brand messaging, creating engaging content, and some exposure to corporate social responsibility initiatives or campaigns.

- Has experience crafting messages for different audiences.
- Can demonstrate an understanding of how communication impacts reputation.
- Shows a keen interest in moving into a more direct community engagement role.
