Roughly 5-7 years as a Senior Manager or Director within a consulting firm, leading large-scale ESG strategy and implementation projects for diverse clients.Skills to master
- Client relationship management, project delivery at scale, deep understanding of various industry contexts, and translating complex requirements into actionable client solutions.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end ESG reporting and strategy projects for FTSE 100/Fortune 500 clients.
- Managed project teams of 10+ consultants.
