- Consistently received positive feedback on your ability to influence and build rapport with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively address complex resistance points.
- Started to coach or mentor junior team members, showing leadership potential.

Programme Manager (non-CM background)
5-7 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Strong programme delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight. You'd need to layer on deep change management methodology and behavioural science understanding.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivered large-scale, complex programmes on time and budget.
- Recognised for strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Expressed a clear passion for the 'human side' of transformation and proactively sought out change management responsibilities.
- Completed foundational change management certifications (e.g., Prosci).
