- End-to-end process mapping, identification of basic inefficiencies, supporting UAT, initial data gathering and analysis. Basically, you've mastered the 'doing' of process analysis.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers accurate and complete 'As-Is' process documentation.
- Proactively identifies 5-7 non-value-added steps per process mapped.
- Successfully supports 2-3 minor process tweaks per quarter.
- Receives strong positive feedback from project leads for reliability and analytical contributions.

BPO Operations Specialist / Team Lead
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep operational knowledge of specific BPO service lines, understanding of day-to-day challenges, managing small teams, and identifying recurring issues. You've lived the problems first-hand.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of at least one core BPO operational process.
- Has successfully led a small operational team (5-10 people) for 2+ years.
- Has initiated or contributed to at least 2-3 internal operational improvements.
- Is consistently sought out by colleagues for advice on process-related issues.

Junior Business Consultant (External/Internal)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Client engagement, problem structuring, basic solution design, presentation skills, and working across different industries or functions. You've learned how to approach problems from a consulting angle.
You're ready to move on when
- Has successfully delivered at least 3-4 client-facing projects.
- Receives strong client feedback for analytical rigour and communication.
- Demonstrates a structured approach to problem-solving and solution development.
- Is comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to mid-level management.
