- Received strong peer and executive feedback on your ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Managed a team of 10+ professionals, with demonstrable success in their development and retention.

5-7 years at senior/principal levelSkills to master
- Translating strategic advice into practical, implementable corporate programmes, navigating internal politics, and building long-term relationships with internal stakeholders (not just clients).
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple large-scale sustainability transformation projects for major corporate clients.
- Developed and delivered strategic recommendations that were successfully adopted and implemented by clients.
- Demonstrated strong project management and client relationship skills at a senior level.
- Proven ability to build and lead project teams, often across diverse client organisations.

- Demonstrated a strong personal passion and commitment to sustainability, perhaps through leading internal green initiatives.
- Developed a solid understanding of environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
- Proven leadership capabilities, managing large operational teams and driving change.
