- Developing a deep understanding of the sales cycle, CRM systems, data analysis for sales performance, and process optimisation. You'd need to layer on specific bid management methodologies and content creation skills.

- Proven ability to analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong command of CRM systems and sales process workflows.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in process management.
- A clear interest and some exposure to proposal writing or bid coordination.
