- Successfully coaching a junior team member on a specific bid challenge.

8-12 years in bid management, often across multiple sectorsSkills to master
- Broad experience in diverse procurement environments, strong strategic advisory skills, ability to quickly grasp new business contexts, and a proven track record of leading winning strategies for clients.

- Portfolio of successful bid strategies for various clients/industries.
- Experience leading 'Black Hat' and 'Red Team' reviews.
- Strong references from previous clients or employers regarding strategic impact.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly onboard and add value to new bid teams.
