- Mastering full project lifecycle management for small-to-medium projects, taking ownership of budget and schedule, and beginning to mentor junior team members.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering projects under £2M on time and within budget.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks without constant supervision.
- Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and internal clients.

From Quantity Surveyor (Senior Level)
5-7 years experience as a QSSkills to master
- Developing broader project management skills beyond cost control, including schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Understanding the full project lifecycle from design to handover.
You're ready to move on when
- Expertise in contract administration and commercial management.
- Strong ability to forecast project costs and manage variations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project managers and design teams.
- A desire to take on broader project leadership and accountability.

From Site Manager / Construction Manager
4-6 years experience as a Site ManagerSkills to master
- Transitioning from site-level execution to client-side project leadership, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and high-level stakeholder management. Understanding corporate governance and internal processes.

- Strong understanding of construction processes and on-site problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.
- Excellent health & safety record and knowledge of site regulations.
- A desire to move into a more strategic, client-facing project role.
