- Experience with multi-site, multi-service contracts, navigating complex organisational structures, and managing a diverse range of supplier types.

- Proven track record of managing contract values similar to our portfolio (£10M+).
- Experience with formal procurement processes (RFP, RFI, ITT) in a regulated environment.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in previous roles, even without direct reports.
- Strong references highlighting negotiation skills and commercial judgment.
