- Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all paperwork.

1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Work order processing, contractor liaison, basic H&S awareness, understanding of building services. You'd already be familiar with the 'nuts and bolts' of building operations.
You're ready to move on when
- Proficient in using a CMMS or similar work order system.
- Understands the importance of contractor compliance.
- Can effectively communicate with maintenance teams and external vendors.

2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), de-escalation techniques, problem diagnosis, complaint resolution. You'd be a pro at dealing with tenant issues.

- Consistently receives positive customer feedback.
- Skilled at resolving complex customer issues.
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanour under pressure.
