- Consistently hitting targets for accuracy and speed in warehouse tasks.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail when handling products.
- Showing initiative to learn about other warehouse functions beyond your immediate role.

Customer Service Assistant
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Excellent communication skills, experience with customer queries, and a good understanding of return policies from the customer's perspective. You'd know what makes a customer happy (or unhappy).
You're ready to move on when
- Resolving complex customer issues with high satisfaction scores.
- Clearly articulating return policies and processes to customers.
- Identifying common reasons for returns and suggesting improvements.

Administrative Assistant (Operations)
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Strong organisational skills, experience with data entry, scheduling, and general office support within an operational context. You'd be good with systems and paperwork.
You're ready to move on when
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Efficiently managing schedules and coordinating tasks.
- Proactively identifying and solving minor administrative bottlenecks.
