1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Customer service (handling basic queries), inventory management (stock rotation, counts), understanding product categories, attention to detail in stock presentation.
You're ready to move on when
- Handles customer returns and exchanges efficiently and politely.
- Maintains accurate stockroom records and assists with inventory audits.
- Proactively organises stock and identifies discrepancies.
- Shows a methodical approach to tasks and a desire for process improvement.

Logistics Assistant / Driver's Mate

- Understanding delivery routes, handling goods safely, basic documentation (delivery notes), teamwork in a dynamic environment, time management.

- Reliably assists with loading/unloading and checking goods.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with drivers and warehouse staff.
- Shows an understanding of the importance of accurate paperwork.
- Is physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and moving.
