0-2 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting customer service skills to internal team collaboration. Transferring stock management principles to a warehouse environment. Getting comfortable with physical work and structured routines.

- Quickly learning and applying warehouse-specific processes.
- Showing strong attention to detail in inventory handling.
- Effectively communicating with colleagues and supervisors.
- Demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.

- Applying existing physical stamina and safety awareness to warehouse tasks. Learning WMS operations and specific inventory management practices. Adapting to the international logistics context.
