- Adapting to a non-customer-facing role, physical demands of warehouse work, learning specific WMS/scanner operations.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully transitioning customer service skills into internal teamwork and communication.
- Quickly mastering the technical tools (scanners, WMS).
- Reliably managing the physical aspects of the role.
