You're ready to move on when
- Can independently complete basic repairs in their trade.
- Understands and applies safety regulations specific to their work.

General Labourer / Site Assistant
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Physical stamina, ability to follow instructions, basic site logistics, understanding of different materials and equipment, strong work ethic.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently reliable and punctual.
- Can safely operate basic site machinery (e.g., pallet truck, basic power tools).
- Proactively identifies tasks and helps out without being asked.

Customer Service / Administrative Role (with technical interest)
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Strong communication skills, organisational abilities, problem-solving (for customer issues), basic IT proficiency, a demonstrated interest in technical or mechanical subjects.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent at handling tenant queries and complaints.
- Highly organised and adept at managing schedules/paperwork.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to learn about building systems or maintenance processes.
