3-5 years as a technicianSkills to master
- Understanding the 'why' behind maintenance planning, CMMS usage from an administrative perspective, improved written communication, basic scheduling principles.
You're ready to move on when
- Shows a strong interest in the planning and administrative side of maintenance.
- Consistently provides detailed and accurate work order close-out notes.
- Demonstrates natural organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can articulate the impact of poor planning on technician efficiency.

Stores / Inventory Assistant (Operations)
2-3 years in storesSkills to master
- Deep knowledge of MRO parts and suppliers, understanding work order flow, basic CMMS operations, coordination skills with external vendors.
You're ready to move on when
- Excellent knowledge of our MRO inventory and supplier base.
- Proactively manages min/max levels for critical spares.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Can effectively communicate with both internal teams and external vendors.
