- Mentored and developed at least two senior legal managers.
- Demonstrated strong influence with business unit leadership on strategic decisions.

5-8 years as a Managing Counsel or Partner in a top-tier dispute resolution practice.Skills to master
- Transition from client-facing advisory to in-house strategic leadership, understand internal stakeholder dynamics, and adapt to managing a large internal team rather than external client relationships. Learn the business inside out.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a book of business with significant revenue generation.
- Led large legal teams on complex litigation/arbitration matters.
- Developed strong client relationships and demonstrated business acumen.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficient case outcomes.

4-6 years as Head of Legal or General Counsel in a smaller, high-growth company.Skills to master
- Scale your leadership and strategic thinking to a much larger, more complex organisation. Specialise your dispute resolution expertise and learn to operate within a matrixed reporting structure. Focus on building enterprise-level systems.
