- A comparable level of experience and expertise in construction law, a proven track record of leading matters, and established client relationships (even if not portable). Ability to quickly integrate into a new firm culture.

- Extensive portfolio of successfully managed construction disputes and projects.
- Strong references from previous Partners or clients.
- Clear understanding of current market trends and legal developments.
- Ability to articulate a strategic approach to client matters and team leadership.
