Immediate entrySkills to master
- Demonstrating a strong track record of complex financial modelling, business partnering, and leadership in a similar environment. You'll need to quickly understand our business model and systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Portfolio of complex financial models you've built and maintained.
- Examples of how you've influenced business decisions through your analysis.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new ERP systems and BI tools.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.

From Management Accountant in a smaller firm
Immediate entry (with relevant experience)Skills to master
- Strong foundational accounting knowledge, proven ability to produce management reports and analysis. You'll need to adapt to a more strategic, forward-looking FP&A mindset and potentially larger, more complex data sets.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience owning significant parts of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Demonstrated ability to move beyond historical reporting to forecasting and variance analysis.
- Strong command of Excel and experience with an ERP system.
- A clear interest in business partnering and strategic finance.
