- Managed the full lifecycle of major property developments (e.g., £20M+ projects).
- Experience with complex planning, legal, and financial aspects of large-scale developments.
- Proven ability to manage external consultants, contractors, and joint venture partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at a senior level.

7-10 years in senior consultancy, including partner-level experienceSkills to master
