You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a portfolio of 5+ properties with a combined OPEX of £5M+.
- Led a major capital project (e.g., new office fit-out) from conception to completion.
- Consistently achieved high compliance ratings in H&S and environmental audits.
- Developed and mentored at least two Facilities Managers to the next level.

4-6 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Regional strategy development, cross-cultural team leadership, complex stakeholder management across different business units, advanced risk management.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed facilities operations across multiple countries or a large national region.
- Successfully implemented a standardised service delivery model across diverse sites.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt facilities strategy to local market conditions and regulations.
- Consistently delivered regional budgets within +/- 3% variance.

5-8 years in consultancy, with prior FM experienceSkills to master
- Strategic advisory, client relationship management at C-suite level, business development, deep industry insights across various sectors, project-based delivery of complex FM solutions.
You're ready to move on when
- Led strategic FM consulting engagements for Fortune 500 or FTSE 100 clients.
- Successfully advised on major property portfolio optimisation or IFM procurement projects.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through publications or industry presentations.
- Proven ability to translate complex client needs into actionable strategic plans.
