HR Coordinator/Administrator
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding employee lifecycle, HR data management, basic employee relations, and policy application. You'd need to pick up more specific health & safety and data analysis skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong grasp of HR policies and their impact on employees.
- Experience handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative processes efficiently.
- An expressed interest in specialising in wellbeing and mental health.

Health & Safety Assistant
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- General health and safety regulations, incident reporting, risk assessment support. You'd need to develop a deeper understanding of psychosocial hazards and data analysis for wellbeing.

- Solid understanding of H&S legislation and compliance.
- Experience with risk assessment processes and corrective action tracking.
- A keen eye for detail in safety documentation.
- A desire to expand into the psychological aspects of health and safety.
