- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills for novel psychosocial risk challenges.
- Received positive feedback on informal mentoring and guidance provided to peers or junior staff.

4-6 years as a Senior HRBPSkills to master
- A strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and talent management, combined with a passion for wellbeing. You'd need to develop specific expertise in psychosocial risk management and compliance frameworks (like ISO 45003).
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed complex employee wellbeing cases, demonstrating strong discretion and ethical judgment.
- Led or significantly contributed to the development of wellbeing initiatives within specific business units.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders on people-related strategies, including wellbeing.
- Proactively engaged with H&S or wellbeing teams in previous roles, showing a clear interest in the specialism.

- Solid grounding in general H&S management, with a clear focus on expanding into psychological health and safety. You'd need to deepen your understanding of psychosocial risk assessment, mental health support frameworks, and the nuances of mental health compliance beyond physical safety.
