You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering complex sustainability projects on time and to a high standard.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Successfully mentoring 1-2 junior colleagues and providing effective guidance.

Environmental Manager / EHS Lead
5-8 yearsSkills to master
- Managing site-level environmental compliance, implementing ISO 14001, leading incident investigations, managing waste and water programmes. You'll need to broaden your operational knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of ensuring environmental compliance at an operational site.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Experience leading and managing environmental improvement projects.
- Ability to work effectively with operational teams and drive behavioural change.

Consultant (ESG/Sustainability)
4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Client management, project delivery for multiple clients, developing proposals, deep expertise in specific ESG frameworks, strategic advisory skills. You'd be bringing your external experience in.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing multiple client engagements and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Deep expertise in a specific area of sustainability (e.g., climate strategy, supply chain ESG).
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences.
