You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led at least 5-7 complex CAPA investigations with demonstrable effectiveness checks.
- Consistently identified systemic issues and proposed solutions that were adopted by management.
- Received positive feedback on mentorship and technical guidance provided to junior colleagues.

8-10 years in role, with 3-5 years focused on quality/process improvementSkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong statistical analysis skills (SPC, DOE), experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 3+ major process improvement projects that reduced defects or improved efficiency.
- Expertise in statistical tools for process control and capability analysis.
- Experience working with quality management systems and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured quality problems and solutions.

8-12 years in role, with 4-6 years in a lead auditing or consulting capacitySkills to master
- Expertise in multiple ISO standards, strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills, ability to design and implement audit programmes, and experience in recommending systemic improvements across various organisations.
You're ready to move on when
- Led numerous external audits against various ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 45001).
- Proven ability to identify significant non-conformances and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of different organisational structures and how to adapt quality systems.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior management.
