You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led change for at least two large, complex projects independently.
- Consistently sought out for advice by peers and junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to influence project sponsors and challenge project plans constructively.
- Proactively identified and mitigated project-level resistance without significant escalation.

Change Management Consultant (External)
5-8 years in a consulting firm, leading change workstreams for clients.Skills to master
- Client relationship management, structured problem-solving, programme delivery in diverse industry contexts, and managing complex stakeholder environments.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience leading change workstreams for multiple clients, often across different sectors.
- Strong consulting toolkit, including structured methodologies and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp new business contexts and adapt change strategies accordingly.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable value to clients on transformation engagements.

Programme Manager (with Change Focus)
6-10 years in programme management, with a strong emphasis on the people side of change.Skills to master
- Full programme lifecycle management, budget and resource allocation, risk management, and a deep understanding of how to embed change management into programme delivery.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed at least one full programme lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Demonstrated strong leadership of diverse project teams.
- Proven ability to manage programme budgets and deliver on time and within scope.
- A clear passion and capability for managing the human side of complex transformations, beyond just technical delivery.
