- Developed and presented strategic recommendations to executive clients.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- A clear interest and demonstrable experience in the 'people side' of change.

3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Full project lifecycle management, risk and dependency management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, and a strong understanding of how people adopt new systems/processes.

- Successfully delivered several complex projects on time and budget.
- Actively incorporated change management principles into your project plans.
- Identified and mitigated people-related risks within your projects.
