- Consistently sought out to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Proactively identified and resolved significant people-related risks on projects.
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence Programme Directors.
- Taken initiative to improve our internal change methodologies or tools.

5-7 years as a Programme ManagerSkills to master
- A deep understanding of the full programme lifecycle, strong stakeholder management across multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives. The key here is showing you've always had a strong 'people' lens on your projects.

- Managed multiple large-scale programmes with significant people-impact.
- Consistently delivered programmes on time and budget, with a focus on benefit realisation.
- Actively championed change management within your programme teams.
- Developed and coached team members within your programme structure.

7-10 years in consulting, with 3-5 years at Manager/Senior Manager levelSkills to master
- Experience leading client engagements, developing strategic recommendations, and managing teams of consultants. You'd need to demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach to change, not just theoretical advice, and a strong ability to build internal relationships.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple change management workstreams for large corporate clients.
- Managed and developed teams of junior consultants.
- Proven ability to translate strategic advice into actionable implementation plans.
