- You've successfully led at least 3-4 major change projects from design to 'landing the change'.
- You're the go-to person for advice on complex change challenges within your current team.
- You've taken on informal leadership roles, perhaps leading a small project team or mentoring new joiners.
- You've demonstrated the ability to influence VPs and Directors on change-related matters.

Change Management Consultant (from external firm)
8-10 years in a dedicated change consulting roleSkills to master
- Client relationship management, programme design and delivery across multiple industries, managing consulting teams, and developing intellectual property around change methodologies.
You're ready to move on when
- You've led multiple change workstreams for diverse clients, demonstrating adaptability.
- You're accustomed to working with C-suite and senior leadership teams.
- You've managed project budgets and client expectations effectively.
- You're looking to move into an in-house role to build long-term impact within one organisation.

Senior HR Business Partner (with Change Focus)
5-7 years as an HRBP with significant change project involvementSkills to master
- Deep understanding of HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and leading the people-side of organisational restructures or system implementations.
You're ready to move on when
- You've been the lead HRBP for a major business unit undergoing significant change.
- You've partnered closely with transformation teams on workforce planning and organisational design.
- You have a strong grasp of both the strategic and operational aspects of HR in a change context.
- You're looking to specialise more deeply in the transformation space.
