- Successfully managed all technical operations for a flagship property (e.g., a data centre, large corporate HQ, or hospital).
- Achieved significant improvements in asset reliability and operational efficiency for that site.
- Managed a large, diverse team of technical staff and contractors effectively.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-million-pound site budget and achieve financial targets.
- Strong track record of ensuring statutory compliance and safety on a complex site.
