- Scaling strategic impact to a larger, more complex organisation, navigating multi-business unit dynamics, enhancing board-level communication, and managing a significantly larger team and budget.

- Successfully built and led a sustainability function from scratch or significantly transformed an existing one.
- Direct experience reporting to a CEO or Board on ESG performance and strategy.
- Managed all aspects of ESG reporting and data assurance for a public company.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top sustainability talent.

5-8 years at Senior Partner/Director levelSkills to master
