- Mastering independent deal ownership, consistently delivering customised demos, successfully running small to medium-sized PoCs, and showing initiative in client engagements. Basically, you've proven you can handle the core job without constant supervision.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting or exceeding technical win rate targets on your deals.
- Receiving strong positive feedback from Account Executives on your technical support.
- Demonstrating proactive problem-solving and the ability to handle unexpected challenges in client meetings.
- Taking initiative to learn new product areas and competitive intelligence without being asked.

From Technical Account Manager (TAM) / Customer Success Engineer
4-6 years in a TAM/CSE roleSkills to master
- Transitioning from post-sales technical support to pre-sales technical validation. This means developing strong demo skills, understanding sales methodologies, and focusing on proving value for new business rather than just supporting existing customers.
You're ready to move on when
- A deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities and common customer use cases.
- Experience interacting directly with customers on technical issues and providing solutions.
- A desire to be involved earlier in the sales cycle and influence purchasing decisions.

3-5 years in a Product roleSkills to master
