3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Managing the full sales cycle for large enterprise deals, understanding complex procurement processes, building multi-threaded relationships, and demonstrating strong value-based selling principles. A focus on post-sale growth is key.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of closing £1M+ ARR deals.
- Experience with multi-year contract negotiations and complex solution selling.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite contacts during the sales process.
- A clear interest and aptitude for long-term client relationship management over pure new logo acquisition.

Customer Success Manager (L2/L3) with Commercial Acumen
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep product expertise, strong client advocacy, driving product adoption and value realisation, and a proven ability to identify and nurture commercial opportunities within accounts. You'll need to demonstrate a clear aptitude for sales and negotiation.

- Consistently achieving high CSAT/NPS scores for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
