- Proactively proposed new initiatives or improvements beyond your immediate project scope.

8-10 years in consulting rolesSkills to master
- Transitioning from client-specific project delivery to internal programme design and implementation. Developing internal stakeholder management and navigating corporate politics. Understanding the long-term asset management perspective.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed multiple client engagements, often balancing competing priorities.
- Developed strong technical expertise in a specific area (e.g., energy modelling, carbon accounting).
