- Basic Lean tools (5S, value stream mapping), problem-solving techniques (5 Whys), data collection and basic analysis, participation in Kaizen events.

- Successful contribution to multiple small improvement projects.
- Ability to collect and present basic process data clearly.
- Proactive identification of process inefficiencies.
- Good collaboration with operational teams during improvement activities.
